Hot sauce and beer, a match made in heaven, or in this case on a Lancastrian farm. Professor Hott has been invited by Farmyard Brew Co. to recreate the flavours of their Gulf IPA into a sauce. Hop sauce challenge accepted! New to this field Professor Hott set out to combine a harvest of ingredients. Difficult as it was, he refused to hit the hay. Stubborn as a mule he plowed on, eager to cultivate a success. Come buy and reap what he has sown.
Ingredients:
Red Peppers, Malted Brown Rice Syrup (Rice, Malted Barley, Gluten), Onion, Scotch Bonnets, Grapefruit Juice, Blood Orange Juice, Marmalade (Sugar, Seville Orange Pulp, Water, Pectins, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Orange Oil), Pine Vinegar (Sulphites), Salt.
